Through our Network Operations Center in Novi, MI, Trinet will monitor your critical network devices for warning and failure situations. This includes routers, servers, firewalls, and other IP-enabled devices. Trinet will receive first notification of device issues and may perform remote or onsite support. Leveraging the Trinet Security Operations Center, Trinet will provide security monitoring services for essential security-related devices. This group will provide 24 x 7 monitoring of all IT security measures in place. Trinet will conduct proactive services to ensure that security solutions are up to date, operating effectively and that no new issues have arisen.

A Trinet Technologist will perform maintenance on listed Managed Devices, including patches, service packs, updates, fixes, and performance review. Trinet will also check overall network health as well as confirm backups and restores. Maintenance may be performed onsite and/or remotely depending upon application and asset location.
