Our headquarters in Novi, MI serves as our Operations Center and Management facility. We have remote offices and data centers in various locations across the United States. Our service platform allows us to manage networks worldwide. We currently provide service to clients in North America, Europe, and Australia.

History
Prior to 2000 - Trinet's owners are involved in designing, implementing, and managing solutions for Michigan's largest corporations, government, and non-profit organizations.

January 2000 - Trinet's president incorporates decades of experience and business savvy to create Business Technology Management Company (BTMC), a corporation dedicated to the installation and proper management of technical solutions for small businesses.

2000 - 2001 - BTMC has many major clients and partners and increases sales over 300% since inception. Other service capabilities become apparent to the owners.

January 2002 - Trinet is formed from the heritage of BTMC. Trinet opens office in Sterling Heights, MI to act as the corporate headquarters and network operations center. Plans are created to build distinct enterprise-quality solutions geared toward small and medium business.

April 2002 - Additional partners are brought in to add to Trinet's financial stability and assist in expansion.

October 2002 - Trinet receives approval from Microsoft® to sell product licensing through the Service Provider License Program. This opens the door for Trinet's subscription service.

January 2003 - Trinet expands into additional network management areas and begins to offer total network management services.

May 2004 - Trinet chooses N-able Technologies N-Central software to provide monitoring capabilities. Trinet further enhances its TrinetOne service by adding monitoring to the existing maintenance program.

January 2005 - Trinet continues to expand by adding SecureMX to our network management suite. SecureMX provides email filtering and management to help combat spam.

December 2006 - Trinet moves to a larger facility in Novi, MI to accommodate growth and further expansion.

February 2007 - Trinet provides service to Australian company providing distribution logistics. Expands facility to include onsite development.

May 2007 - Trinet signs exclusive agreement with Corrigan Moving Systems to provide complete Helpdesk, TrinetOne, and CIO services.

December 2007 - Trinet expands helpdesk team to add 2 more members.

May 2008 - Plans for Division-G (gaming division) begin to take shape beyond a "client satisfaction" event.

January 2009 - Growth continues, Trinet moves to a larger facility in the same complex. Expanding the office to over 3,500 square feet.

August 2009 - Trinet optimizes operations and increases client base in the midst of economic concerns in Michigan.
