TrinetOne™ Managed Support
TrinetOne™ is a simple solution that provides superior network and desktop support without cumbersome rules and excessive fees. TrinetOne™ addresses maintenance, monitoring, support, and management.

Even a single server requires constant monitoring for patches, service packs, as well as review of system event logs and data protection strategies. While this may seem like a job for the internal IT staff, it’s best suited to a contracted organization that has the time and resources to evaluate maintenance strategies and test new fixes as they become available. We’ll take the responsibility of applying the latest service packs and patches to your managed assets while monitoring network status to ensure availability of your technology to your employees.

Our monitoring service provides emergency notifications, immediate support, and historical reports. With this service we can often head off a potential network problem and provide resolution immediately after the issue is identified.

Trinet will also provide flexible support to handle your “unplanned” support needs. An email or call to the Trinet Help Desk will begin the process. We will either resolve the issue remotely or onsite, whichever method gets you up and running the quickest.

In addition, all TrinetOne™ Managed Support clients may contact our Network Consultants to discuss projects, application purchases, and Internet solutions. You'll get expert advice from an unbiased source. We'll even work with other vendors to ensure you purchase the right solutions.

Finally, the entire plan is managed through our integrated systems. You can view network status, trouble tickets, and network documentation all through the Internet via our secure website portal.

TrinetOne™ SecureMX™ Email Filtering
TrinetOne™ SecureMX™ (TMX) helps protect your corporate inbox by filtering email before it reaches your mail server. Trinet redirects your email to our server farm and removes viruses, bogus mail, and hoax email. In addition, we identify over 96% of spam email (with removal at your discretion). What your mail server (and users) receive are the relevant messages for your business.

While no solution is 100% effective, TMX is flexible enough to increase the odds. Our multi-tier solution includes custom whitelists and blacklists, dynamic whitelists, DNSBL, mass email virus removal, heuristic and bayesian filtering, as well as traditional content filtering.

You have the option of turning off outside access to your mail server and having Trinet deliver mail securely through your firewall or a custom VPN. Reporting is provided on a monthly basis to track progress and help fine-tune the configuration to your needs.
